The way we work
We groom at the dog’s pace, not the clock’s.
If a dog becomes unsettled or tired, we stop. A run in the backyard, a cuddle, a moment to reset — and the groom resumes on their terms, once they’re comfortable to carry on. It’s what makes a nervous pup happy to come back.
One dog at a time
No queue, no crates. Your dog has the whole appointment, and Amanda's full attention.
A break when they need it
If they get unsettled or tired, we stop — a run in the yard, a cuddle — and carry on only when they're ready.
Priced for care, not minutes
A settled dog might take half an hour, a nervous one longer. The price is for the experience, never the clock.
